Data collected<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Contact and project submission form<\/strong> : name, email address, city and country, listening and website links, project description, name of the label or manager where applicable.<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>Audience measurement<\/strong> : Google Analytics (via Google Site Kit), Jetpack Stats (Automattic) and Burst Statistics (a tool hosted on our own server). Pages viewed, referring site, browser and device type, country, and IP address used by these services to produce statistics.<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>Website security<\/strong> (Wordfence): IP address, date and nature of requests, in order to block intrusion attempts and abuse.<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>Consent management<\/strong> (Complianz): your cookie choices.<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>Exchanges you initiate<\/strong> by email.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Purposes and legal bases<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Reviewing the artist projects submitted and replying to you: pre-contractual measures taken at your request, or our legitimate interest.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Measuring traffic and improving the website: your consent (cookie banner).<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Ensuring the security and proper functioning of the website: our legitimate interest.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Keeping proof of your cookie choices: legal obligation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Retention periods<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Submitted projects, exchanges and prospect data: 3 years from the last contact.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Cookies and trackers: 13 months maximum.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Consent choices: 12 months, after which the banner is shown again.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Security logs: a limited period, as needed to protect the website.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Transfers outside the European Union<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Some providers (Google, Automattic, Defiant) may process data in the United States. These transfers are covered by the safeguards provided for by the GDPR, such as the EU\u2013US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Cookies<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On your first visit, a banner lets you accept, refuse or customise non-essential cookies. Audience measurement tools that require consent are only activated after you agree. You can change your choices at any time.
