The Noise Shack est la structure int\u00e9gr\u00e9e de production phonographique et d’\u00e9dition musicale de THE DZ FACTORY<\/a><\/strong>. Elle regroupe le d\u00e9veloppement d’artistes, la production, le marketing et la gestion des droits phonographiques, \u00e9ditoriaux et de synchronisation, avec pour objectif la constitution d’un catalogue rock original. The Noise Shack assure la commercialisation et la distribution digitale des productions musicales du catalogue sur les plateformes de streaming, afin d’atteindre l’audience la plus large possible.<\/p>\n

Pourquoi The Noise Shack ?<\/strong> Parce que je suis, avant tout, un passionn\u00e9 de rock alternatif et un fervent d\u00e9fenseur de l’ind\u00e9pendance. \u00c0 une \u00e9poque o\u00f9 le streaming a r\u00e9duit la musique \u00e0 une simple commodit\u00e9, je crois profond\u00e9ment en une autre voie : celle qui consiste \u00e0 f\u00e9d\u00e9rer les super-fans, ces personnes qui s’\u00e9merveillent encore \u2014 et s’\u00e9merveilleront toujours \u2014 en tenant un vinyle ou un CD entre les mains, en enfilant un t-shirt ou un hoodie \u00e0 l’effigie de leur artiste pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9, ou en attendant avec impatience de se retrouver dans une salle de concert ou sur un festival pour partager une passion commune avec le public. The Noise Shack<\/strong>, c’est cette conviction.<\/p>\n

Cet engagement, je le porte apr\u00e8s plus de 30 ans pass\u00e9s \u00e0 des niveaux strat\u00e9giques et op\u00e9rationnels au sein des plus grandes majors de l’industrie musicale. J’ai eu la chance de d\u00e9buter comme chef de produit chez BMG France, avant de prendre la responsabilit\u00e9 du marketing chez EMI France, puis de devenir Directeur Marketing et Directeur de l’International chez Warner Music France. J’ai ensuite dirig\u00e9 le marketing pour l’Europe continentale chez Capitol Records\/EMI Music Europe, \u00e0 Londres, o\u00f9 j’ai con\u00e7u et pilot\u00e9 des campagnes pour des artistes tels que Whitney Houston, Madonna, Prince, R.E.M., Eric Clapton, The Red Hot Chili Peppers, Phil Collins, Tina Turner, Neil Young, Alanis Morissette, Lou Reed, Green Day, Randy Newman ou Bonnie Raitt.<\/p>\n

En 1999, j’ai fait un choix qui a tout chang\u00e9 : devenir manager d’artistes, en toute ind\u00e9pendance. La m\u00eame ann\u00e9e, j’ai cr\u00e9\u00e9 le Music Manager Forum France, puis en 2000 l’International Music Manager Forum (IMMF), dont j’ai ensuite \u00e9t\u00e9 tr\u00e9sorier et responsable Europe de 2013 \u00e0 2015. Entre 2014 et 2023, j’ai fond\u00e9 et pr\u00e9sid\u00e9 l’Alliance des Managers d’Artistes (AMA France), tout en participant, d\u00e8s 2015, aux groupes de travail de la Direction G\u00e9n\u00e9rale pour l’\u00c9ducation et la Culture de la Commission Europ\u00e9enne, puis en menant une mission d’expert aupr\u00e8s de la DGEAC en 2018.<\/p>\n

C’est en 2012 que j’ai fond\u00e9 The DZ Factory<\/a><\/strong> Ltd \u00e0 Londres, avant de la r\u00e9implanter \u00e0 Paris en 2021 sous la forme de The DZ Factory Sasu. Entre-temps, j’ai aussi transmis : intervenant au MECIC de la Burgundy School of Business d\u00e8s 2017, \u00e0 l’\u00c9cole Art et Culture de 2018 \u00e0 2022, vacataire \u00e0 Sciences Po Paris en 2021-2022, professeur de marketing en M2 \u00e0 l’Icart en 2022, et conf\u00e9rencier r\u00e9gulier depuis 2017 sur des sc\u00e8nes comme le Midem, le MaMA, Medimex, Coliseum, GMA, Mu:Con, l’International Showcase Festival, le Canadian Music Week ou le MIL.<\/p>\n

Et puis, en 2023, tout ce parcours a trouv\u00e9 son aboutissement naturel : la cr\u00e9ation du label The Noise Shack<\/strong>, membre du CNM, et des \u00c9ditions The DZ Factory<\/a><\/strong>, adh\u00e9rentes \u00e0 la SACEM.<\/p>\n

Titulaire d’un Executive MBA HEC et d’un DESS\/M2 en Marketing, trilingue fran\u00e7ais, anglais, allemand \u2014 mais avant tout, fan de la premi\u00e8re heure, de ceux qui ach\u00e8tent encore le vinyle et attendent le concert avec impatience.
